Held between our two Celebration services upstairs in the Adult Classroom, our Sunday Speaker Series provides a forum for fellowship and meeting new people while enlightening, educating and entertaining. Experience experts presenting topics ranging from Unity Classics (Prosperity, Spiritual Economics), memory enhancement, wills and probate, underground bargain shopping, feng shui, conflict resolution, to meditation, and much more.

Feb   14th  - Bhante The Buddhist 

Bhante Wimala (http://www.bhantewimala.com/) is an international humanitarian and Theravada Buddhist Monk of 38 years. He has dedicated his life to helping those in severe need, mostly in the southeastern hemisphere with its high concentration of Buddhist followers.
 Since 1986, Bhante Wimala has been the Chairperson and Spiritual Director of Triple Gem Society, the Centre for Conscious Evolution in Princeton, New Jersey. He is also the Founding Director and Spiritual Advisor of Prison Ministries which provides educational and support programs in many state prisons in the USA. Bhante Wimala serves as the Chief Sanghanayake of the USA and Canada. He received this appointment as the Sanghanayake in 1994 by the Council of Monks of the Samastha Amerapura Sangha Sabha
 of Sri Lanka.
In Europe, Bhante is the founder and spiritual teacher of the Samadhi Buddhist Meditation Centre in Tupadly (Prague), and the founder of the Lotus Buddhist Center in Prague, Czech Republic. He is also the Chief Monk and Spiritual Director of Theravada Buddhist Centre in Nairobi, Kenya. Most recently, Bhante Wimala was the recepent of the Global Peace Award in 2007 from the Peace Center in the United States. In 2008 he received the Ambassador for Peace Award, offered by the Universal Peace Federation, an international and Inter-religious federation for world peace.
