Ballroom Dancing

There is a solid core of Ballroom dancers in Kindred Spirits. Most are regulars at the USADanceDallas club dances, but go to other dances in the area as well. If you haven't ever tried Ballroom Dancing, it can be a little hard to get started because you have to take lessons somewhere before you'll feel comfortable. This is not as bad as it seems, because many dances start with free lessons, and it's easy to find lessons privately if you're interested.

But if you can get past the first few weeks of inevitable clumsiness, (or first few days if you're a woman and particularly talented), it is obviously well worth the effort, otherwise why would all these dances be so crowded ?

Choosing a Place to Try It Out

What you'll find there is a good mix of all the main Ballroom and Latin dances, and a friendly crowd with a wide mix of experience levels.
