Aug 1st - Cindy Wigglesworth - Spiritual Intelligence (Beyond IQ and EQ)
We all know about "IQ" (our rational intelligences). And you might have heard about Emotional Intelligence (EQ). Finally there is a way to describe and measure what comes next - Spiritual Intelligence. Find out how this ground-breaking work describes the skills we need to embody love in action, from the creator of the only validated SQ assessment. Used in corporate as well as church settings, this language transcends the faith/science divide and provides practical advice or taking next steps in your own journey.
Cindy is the creator of the SQi - a proprietary, validated assessment of Spiritual Intelligence. She has 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management at ExxonMobil before starting her own business in 2000. She now teaches EQ and SQ as critical parts of leadership development. Cindy is also trained in Spiral Dynamics and in Integral Theory. She has DVD on Conscious Evolution which is an excellent introduction to both topics. Cindy gave the opening keynote at the 2009 Unity People's Convention on the topic of Spiritual Intelligence, and Unity's Role in the Conscious Evolution of humanity. Her SQi assessment is being used in 13 Unity Churches as part of the Transformation Experience/Thriving Ministries pilot program. Cindy has appeared on Oprah and Houston PBS as well as numerous radio shows.
